The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Details

• Working days are from Sunday to Saturday except Friday
• Working hours are from 2 pm to 10 pm

• Manage a variety of administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain essential documentation and coordinate communication across departments.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and support financial processes.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in administrative assistance and daily office operations.
• Analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge in finance is preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
