What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the master planning team to develop design at the landscape master planning level.
• Provide design leadership and mentoring to the landscape studio staff.
• Manage projects through all aspects of the design process, particularly during the early design stages.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and manage activities of sub-consultants for project delivery.
• Assist the business development team in preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Skills:

• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to landscape architecture.
• Expert understanding of the regional construction industry and local methods impacting design.
• Commitment to quality design and solid communication skills with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in design-related software including BIM, Adobe suites, and 3D modeling software.
• Minimum of sixteen (16+) years of continuous experience in landscape architecture, with international experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.

Desired Skills:

• A willingness to enhance landscape architecture skills and efficiency.
• Proven planting design and horticultural knowledge.
• Professional registration with a recognized association (CMLI / ASLA / ALIA) is a plus.

• Prepare technical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and related documentation.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Recommend appropriate materials, plant selections, and lighting components based on site conditions.
• Ensure alignment with Saudi regulations and standards.
• Provide technical input during tendering and execution phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in landscape and hardscape design and implementation.
• Familiarity with lighting integration in outdoor designs is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices.

Work Conditions:

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 800 AM to 500 PM
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
