Join Nextpower as a Maintenance Engineer – Mechatronics!

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the reliable operation and safety of all factory machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot faults in PLCs and automation panels.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize process efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
  • Proven experience with press machines, CNC, laser, and related automation.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.
