At Desert and Sands, a leader in the Health & Beauty sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands' identities and expanding our market presence across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company’s brands.
  • Manage and enhance brand positioning and identity in the market.
  • Oversee the marketing team including social media, campaigns, design, and influencers.
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns while analyzing performance results.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, distribution, and e-commerce teams to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Proven experience in the personal care or beauty industry is mandatory.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and sales channels.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
