As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be accountable for the overall success of daily pastry operations. You will exhibit creative baking and decorating talents while leading your team to prepare quality and consistent pastries across all areas of our establishment. Your efforts will aim to continually enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the operating budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage pastry staff while performing duties in their absence.
  • Coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in pastry preparation.
  • Encourage mutual trust and cooperation among team members.
  • Ensure that all pastry preparation meets quality and sanitation standards.
  • Develop new pastry items and maintain food safety compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day operations.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area, or
  • A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related major with 2 years of experience.
