🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and receiving visitors and organizing their entry to the clinics

  • Registering patient data and entering it into the system

  • Booking appointments and answering phone calls

  • Coordinating with doctors and nursing staff to ensure workflow efficiency

  • Collecting fees and issuing invoices

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma as a minimum

  • Previous experience in reception (preferably in the medical sector)

  • Proficient in using computers

  • High communication skills and good appearance

  • Politeness and ability to work under pressure
