Introduction to the role:
We are looking for a blood testing technician with high experience to provide outstanding blood testing services to patients in their homes within the home care department of Dallah Health Company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of laboratory requests.
  • Collect blood samples from patients in their homes as requested by doctors.
  • Classify, identify, and organize collected samples to ensure their safe transport to the laboratory.
  • Assist in performing bleeding time tests when necessary.
  • Transport samples requiring urgent test results to the laboratory in a timely manner.
  • Manage supplies and equipment in the field blood testing kit.
  • Collect cash payment vouchers from patients not covered by work insurance.
  • Enter data into the system for credit billing for patients covered by work insurance.
  • Participate in health education and awareness for patients and their families.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Practical experience of at least one year as a medical laboratory technician.
  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a diploma in medical laboratory technology (four years).
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
