Join Plaza Premium Group as a Project Site Coordinator!

As a key player in our dynamic team, you'll support the Project Manager in delivering fit-out construction and renovation works for new premium airport lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and more across Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage compliance with airport regulations and operational requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for airside pass applications.
  • Liaise with Airport Authority departments and security offices.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Assist in project progress updates and risk reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between English- and Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
  • Adhere to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering/Construction, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel within the Middle East.
