Wood is currently seeking a Project Reporting Coordinator to support our Projects business and play a critical role in Ma’aden's strategic project, aimed at developing a new gold mine and processing facility, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives, located in Ar Rjum, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project teams with daily support and coordination of project activities.
• Organize and expedite workflow and follow up on action items.
• Maintain knowledge of project status, scheduling, and departmental operations.
• Set up and maintain project file directories.
• Handle clerical, administrative, and general office duties.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, and assist with onboarding processes.
• Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least five years of project or administrative experience in the Engineering and Construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Oracle experience is a plus.
• Good organizational skills and self-motivation to learn.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Description As a Project Management Specialist at Marble Design, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects that contribute to the growth and success of our business. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Good customer reception and treatment. - Maintaining and recording the data of all customers. - Sufficient knowledge of all the company's products and services to provide the client with accurate comprehensive information. - Working on monitoring projects from the project preparation stage through building and reviewing the plan, execution, and up to project closure. - Effective communication and working within various teams to achieve project objectives. - Knowledge of the project's technical and financial information with high accuracy in line with client objectives and sharing it with management. - Ensuring proper project closure by working with project management.
