We are seeking talented procurement specialists to enhance our infrastructure and road projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will be pivotal in managing contracts and supplier relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Saudi nationals only.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road projects.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, including contracts, negotiations, and delivery follow-up.
  • Familiarity with materials such as asphalt, ready-mix concrete, sand, rebar, water pipes, valves, and site equipment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience using ERP or procurement systems.
  • International certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, CIPP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts.
  • Handling suppliers from pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders up to final delivery at project sites.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports.
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
