Join Our Team as a Purchasing Officer!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage the procurement needs of M5AZN | المخازن الإلكترونية, the first Saudi dropshipping platform. In this key role, you will ensure the timely supply of materials and services that meet our quality standards and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify their procurement needs.
  • Prepare requests for quotations (RFQs) and liaise with suppliers.
  • Analyze quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders until fulfillment.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance our supplier base.
  • Work with Finance to ensure timely payments of invoices.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities for management.
