About The Team:

What You'll Do:

• Develop and enforce quality control protocols across warehouse and delivery operations.
• Monitor and audit product freshness, packaging standards, and order accuracy.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Lead root cause analyses for recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Careem’s standards.
• Report quality metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and internal hygiene protocols.

What You'll Need:

• 57 years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence within grocery, FMCG, or retail industries.
• Prior experience in managing quality control processes in warehouse or fulfillment environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using data for root cause analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lead and train teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various IT projects. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate and up to date, requiring close collaboration with project managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters and status reports.
• Coordinate project activities among team members to ensure alignment with goals.
• Monitor project progress and communicate any issues or delays.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Organize and participate in project meetings and ensure action items are tracked.
• Support the project manager in analyzing project data to inform decision-making.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (*, Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT project management processes and methodologies is a plus.
