Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through networking and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Show properties and land parcels, providing detailed information about features, amenities, and market conditions.
  • Guide clients through negotiation, offer acceptance, and contract signing processes.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties with accurate descriptions.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and changes in regulations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and real estate software.

Qualifications:
