We need a receptionist to join the Echo team. Who are we looking for: A person who is the first face of the Echo Center - welcomes customers, helps them, and makes them feel like they are in the right place. You will be responsible for: Answering calls and messages with a smile (even if they can't see you!) 📞 Booking appointments and coordinating schedules 📅 Helping clients and answering their inquiries patiently and kindly 😊 Organizing reception tasks and simple administrative duties 📋 What we need from you: You speak Arabic and English fluently 🗣️ You have experience dealing with people and love to help them You can handle booking and appointment software 💻 You pay attention to details and love organization and order Experience in the health or medical field is a plus.
