Receptionist

We need a Front Desk Receptionist who joins the Echo team. Who are we looking for: A person who will be the face of Echo Center - welcoming customers, assisting them, and making them feel like they are in the right place. You will be responsible for: - Answering calls and messages with a smile (even if they can't see you!) 📞 - Booking appointments and coordinating schedules 📅 - Assisting clients and answering their inquiries patiently and kindly 😊 - Organizing reception tasks and simple administrative duties 📋 What we need from you: - You speak Arabic and English fluently 🗣️ - You have experience dealing with people and enjoy helping them. - You can handle booking and appointment software 💻 - You pay attention to details and love organization and order. - Experience in the health or medical field is a plus.
