Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist!
Are you a warm and organized individual with a passion for customer service? Furless Permanent, a leading provider of permanent hair removal in the UAE, is looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our salon/clinic in Riyadh. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, providing a premium experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and manage the check-in/out process.
  • Handle calls, WhatsApp, and booking inquiries.
  • Manage appointments, confirmations, and schedules efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Promote treatments, packages, and retail products confidently.
  • Record payments and update CRM/POS systems accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support daily salon operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or higher (diploma in Administration, Customer Service, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, sales, or customer service, preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality settings.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent customer service, administrative, and sales abilities.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with booking systems is a plus (Fresha preferred).
