Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit excellent customer service at all times.
  • Participate in training and development efforts to enhance skills.

  • Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety policies.
  • Follow company brand standards in all practices.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong grooming standards and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT skills.

  • Maintain unit cleanliness, organization, and supplies to ensure a consistent guest experience.
  • Foster relationships with building staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
