As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional reception services for our guests at Hilton Riyadh Olaya, contributing to their overall pleasant experience from check-in through check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth reception experience including check-in/out processes.
  • Keep the Front Office Manager and supervisors informed about guest feedback.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service consistently.
  • Attend relevant training courses and assist with the Night Team's development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and promotions.
  • Maximize occupancy through up-selling techniques.
  • Follow procedures regarding cash and credit transactions.
  • Comply with hotel security and safety regulations.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
  • High school certificate or equivalent is required.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT skills.
It would be advantageous to have experience with cash handling.
