About the Role:
The Reservations Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring overall guest satisfaction at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. You will be greeted with a warm, sincere voice, recognizing and anticipating individual guest needs while ensuring complete follow-up. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests and colleagues during emergencies by appropriately managing emails, alerts, and messages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality regarding guests and colleagues.
  • Answer hotel’s main telephone number and connect calls accurately.
  • Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa.
  • Verify availability and explain guarantee, special rates, and cancellation policies.
  • Document special requests and maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery that adheres to the property’s brand standards.
