Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, the Reservations Agent is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests warmly and anticipating their individual needs. Responsibilities include processing and confirming guest reservations, maintaining effective communication regarding reservations, and ensuring smooth service delivery across different departments.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, the Reservations Agent is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests warmly and anticipating their individual needs. Responsibilities include processing and confirming guest reservations, maintaining effective communication regarding reservations, and ensuring smooth service delivery across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the hotel’s main telephone number and assist guests and colleagues accordingly.
- Process and confirm guest reservations for rooms, food and beverage, and spa services.
- Maintain established filing systems for all correspondence.
- Document and accommodate special requests from guests.
- Support customer loyalty and property’s brand standards through excellent service.
