We are looking for a responsible and effective person to lead the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring smooth workflow and providing regular reports to management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the daily workflow in the branches.

  • Managing employees (schedules, attendance, issues, performance evaluation).

  • Ensuring the quality of orders and speed of service.

  • Coordinating with the chef and supervisors to resolve any malfunction or pressure.

  • Reviewing waste and production on a daily basis.

  • Submitting reports to management about sales, costs, and notes.

  • Following up on the maintenance of branches and general cleanliness.

  • Coordinating with the accountant to follow up on purchases and discounts from delivery applications.

  • Supervising large orders and catering.

  • Solving the problems of delivery personnel and customers during peak times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurants or cafés (supervisor or higher).

  • High ability to follow up and make decisions.

  • Leadership and organizational personality.

  • Preferably knowledge of Excel or sales reports.

  • Available and ready to take full responsibility for operating entire branches.

Location: Riyadh - Al Muruj District

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
