About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Sales:
    Sell residential and commercial properties, conduct showings, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Understanding Client Requirements:
    Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and offer professional advice.
  • Lead Generation:
    Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay informed about market trends and provide clients with accurate information.
  • Managing Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstration and Site Visits:
    Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients.

Requirements:
