We're excited to announce an opening for the position of Sales Coordinator with one of the leading companies in Riyadh, KSA. This role is ideal for proactive and detail-oriented professionals with a background in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register new customers and manage their files and sales agreements.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in coordination with the pricing team.
  • Generate reports for sales and operations teams.
  • Discover leads from internal systems and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Contact clients for missing information, provide answers to queries, and offer ongoing support.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and presentations for sales.
  • Collaborate with customer service and documentation teams to execute contracts smoothly.
  • Perform administrative duties for management and executives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales focused on shipping or logistics.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a local or global shipping organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics workflows.
