Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Discovery and Solution Design: Lead thorough discovery sessions with clients, analyzing pain points and designing scalable RPA, AI, and IT solutions.
- Pre-Sales Engineering Leadership: Own technical validation during sales, delivering impactful demonstrations and ROI analysis.
- Trusted Technical Advisor: Serve as the main technical contact for prospects, building credibility with C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to ensure feasible solutions and share client feedback for continual improvement.
- Competitive Differentiation: Illustrate the technical advantages of your solutions over competitors and effectively handle objections.
- Content and Asset Development: Create essential documents such as architecture diagrams and proposals to support the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales engineering or solutions consulting.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (*, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Proficiency in AI concepts like NLP and analytics, along with strong knowledge in cloud platforms or enterprise infrastructure.
- Clear, confident presentation skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Proven problem-solving ability and self-driven work ethic.
