Purpose:
To drive HVAC replacement sales in the private and facility management sectors by generating leads, conducting site surveys, and delivering profitable technical-commercial proposals. The role ensures smooth project handovers and fosters long-term customer relationships while expanding market presence and safeguarding margins.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of replacement opportunities within the assigned region and account list.
  • Conduct site surveys and collect technical information for accurate sizing, load estimation, and equipment selection.
  • Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, commercial offers, and value-engineered alternatives that support competitive pricing and margin protection.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners and internal estimation teams to secure competitive product pricing and technical support.
  • Lead customer clarifications, present proposals, manage objections, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Ensure proper contract terms, including advance payments, delivery schedule, warranty conditions, and retention/LD considerations.
  • Coordinate internal handover with Projects and Service teams for execution readiness and risk awareness.
  • Work closely with finance and project teams to support timely invoicing and collections.
  • Maintain accuracy and discipline in CRM entries, including pipeline status, customer activities, and forecasting.
  • Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and upsell of service contracts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, replacement projects, or retrofit solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Chillers, DX systems, VRF, rooftop units, and basic retrofit integration principles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to perform technical site assessments and recommend appropriate replacement solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

  • Ability to read technical layouts and BOQs.

  • Valid driver’s license for site visits.
