As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and directly engaging with customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Arrange meetings with customers and visit construction sites to meet technical managers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and on-site pull-out tests when required.
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Actively seek out sales opportunities through calls, networking, and online tools.
  • Prepare reports and update management on sales activities.
  • Participate in company training programs in Europe.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in KSA (Riyadh), preferably in the construction industry (façade, MEP, steel, etc.).
  • Legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Valid Saudi driving license with active driving experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • University degree, preferably in engineering.

About The Role

  • Extroverted, confident, and relationship-oriented, able to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
