We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth within the freight forwarding and warehousing sector at Urban Ridge Supplies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth within the freight forwarding and warehousing sector at Urban Ridge Supplies. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in logistics sales to acquire new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in freight forwarding and warehousing services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s logistics client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and supply chain partners.
- Promote and sell services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams for efficient service execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics market and supply chain industry.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
