About the Role:
This role reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager, and you will lead and develop the Service Sales team to exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will not only generate sales leads but also work collaboratively with different teams to position our diverse service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Service Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Installed Base (IB) penetration.
  • Monitor client’s financial status and manage potential risks.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Coach and support the team in improving selling skills and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in electrical systems services sales, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of service sales strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
