Our specialized institution in importing food materials (spices), which has been known in Riyadh for more than forty years, is looking to hire a (Sales Manager) who possesses the competence, responsibility, and experience necessary to develop the work and lead the department with all its staff and existing resources towards a more modern, organized, and developed level. Basic job requirements: • Excellent experience in (Sales Management) and supervising: - Sales representatives and delivery vehicles. - Stores and warehouses. - Managing e-sales. • A clear ability to develop the work and transition the institution from its traditional style to a more professional and modern system. • High leadership and organizational skills. • Hiring suitable staff. We intend to provide annual incentives and increases (according to productivity and quarterly figures) and provide suitable housing or housing allowances and necessary transportation along with weekly, annual, and emergency vacations. The owner of the establishment is willing to provide all his inherited expertise and full cooperation with the manager if he shows clear interaction and enthusiasm to rise together towards the top, God willing.
