About the Role
As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on transforming qualified enterprise prospects into active merchants on the Salla platform. You will take strategic direction from upper management and execute it effectively through disciplined pipeline management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire large enterprise merchants across targeted verticals.
- Ensure successful handovers to Onboarding after deals are closed.
- Maintain a structured approach to pipeline development.
- Lead and coach the sales team through ongoing training and performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational hurdles.
- Provide team engagement and recognition for contributions.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven success in winning enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong experience in pipeline management and sales leadership.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
