Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading a dedicated sales team? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will oversee sales activities, develop new markets, and secure valuable partnerships within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the area sales team while monitoring daily and monthly performance to ensure target achievement.
  • Manage key customer accounts and negotiate profitable deals.
  • Drive the collection performance ensuring timely payments and reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities, providing timely reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing and customer management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • 10+ years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in the concrete field is a must.
  • Must be a resident in KSA.

  • Proven leadership experience in various sales functions, including lead generation and both outbound and inbound sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
