The Opportunity
PROVEN is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving new business growth and cultivating strong client relationships within the managed services sector.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing robust client relationships. This role requires a sales professional with strong outbound sales capabilities, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and a demonstrated ability to close business deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, outreach, and client meetings.
- Identify and approach companies to present and pitch services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Essential experience within the managed service sector.
- Demonstrated strong outbound sales, cold-calling, and client acquisition experience.
- Mandatory experience handling corporate accounts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident, and target-driven. An existing corporate client network is considered an advantage for this role.
