Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to expand our footprint in KSA, focusing on generating new business and managing client relationships, particularly in public sector, sports, and smart cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Generation: Drive new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing client accounts.
• Sales Targets: Take responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in targeted sectors.
• Offer Process Management: Lead the planning and implementation of the offer process, aligning customer needs with Atos solutions.
• Contract Negotiation: Organize and lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with approved offer frameworks.
• Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of the market and competitors, providing insightful reporting on business development progress.
• Campaign Participation: Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Experience Required:
10-12 years in sales and business development within the IT sector, with a focus on solution or product sales, and experience with system integrators.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of ICT.
• Target-oriented with a structured approach to managing client engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
