Main Responsibilities
1. Sales Partnerships and Business Development

- Execute a strong sales strategy to build and grow a customer base B2B/B2G and achieve revenue and growth goals for products **** of electric bikes, scooters, light electric vehicles, and related accessories.
- Identify, target, and close contracts with the following entities:
- First and second-tier logistics service companies, and transportation and delivery companies (3PL).
- Owners of commercial fleets engaged in last-mile delivery.
- Major grocery and food delivery applications in the Kingdom.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing contracts using CRM (such as Salesforce or Zoho or Odoo).

2. Sector Experience and Market Leadership

- Act as a subject matter expert to explain the technical specifications and commercial benefits of solutions **** in small electric mobility to potential partners.
- Prepare competitive market analyses on the adoption of electric bikes and electric vehicles in the delivery and logistics sector within the Kingdom, identifying gaps and new trends.
- Work with product and operations teams to translate customer needs into product and service enhancements.
3. Manage Relationships and Customer Accounts

- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and increase fleet adoption, finding upsell opportunities and generating recurring revenue.
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Proven sales experience: 5 to 7 years of advanced experience in sales or business development, with a clear record of achieving and exceeding sales targets B2B.
- Hands-on experience in electric vehicles: Strong experience in sales or management of electric vehicles, electric bikes, electric chargers, and small mobility solutions.
- Knowledge of the transportation ecosystem in the Kingdom.
- Deep knowledge of the logistics sector in Saudi Arabia (essential):
- Operating models and challenges in the last mile.
- Commercial structure of major logistics companies.
- Operational needs for grocery and food delivery applications.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field<
