The (Salesperson) position is vital at Orange and is responsible for providing excellent service to Orange showroom customers and a satisfying shopping experience. The role also focuses on achieving daily sales targets (target), in addition to introducing the customer to the details of Orange products and goods. All of this aims to create a unique shopping experience that makes our customers feel that they are always welcome in Orange showrooms.
Responsibilities
Recognize the customer in a friendly manner within 30 seconds of entering the showroom.
Communicate with the customer by asking questions and listening to their needs, then provide options to meet those needs.
Anticipate the customer's needs based on their personality and any other factors influencing their purchasing decision.
Convince the customer of the merchandise that meets their needs and congratulate them upon purchase, leaving a positive and distinguished impression of yourself, the merchandise they bought, and Orange.
Learn and master the selling techniques used at Orange.
Suggest additional products for the customer that complement what they want to buy and fit their needs.
Inform the customer about the possibility of adding their purchases to their Orange credit card or creating a new card for new customers when they finish shopping.
Handle all return and exchange requests professionally and courteously.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in front of the customer, reflecting Orange's commitment to providing high-quality service.
Show appreciation and thanks to the customer after their purchase and invite them to visit the showroom again.
Achieve daily sales targets (target).
Maintain the arrangement and organization of the linens displayed on the beds and all merchandise within the showroom
Continuously stay informed about the merchandise and various items in the showroom, read product bulletins, and listen to explanations from the responsible party, to present them to the customer and provide them with necessary details.
Be aware of details about promotions and discounts and draw the customer's attention to them.
Adhere to procedures for withdrawing merchandise from showroom stock and any additional procedures or instructions.
Ensure that the merchandise is available in the required quantities in the showroom warehouse and communicate with the responsible person in the product team to notify them of any shortages.
Fully comply with official working hours in the showroom.
Perform any other tasks requested by the showroom manager as long as they fall within the scope of the mentioned tasks and activities to a reasonable degree and do not contradict the nature of the job.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Preferably with at least one year of practical experience in sales at retail showrooms.
Skills
Communicate clearly and understandably in Arabic with colleagues and customers. Reading, speaking, and writing.
Communicate clearly and understandably in English with colleagues and customers. Reading, speaking, and writing.
Sales and persuasion skills.
Professionalism and tact in dealing with customers.
Skill in color coordination and selecting complementary items that fit with each other and the customer's needs.
Skill in quickly identifying customer needs and fulfilling their requests.
Skill in folding and re-packaging linens.
Abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with the team in the showroom and establish effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Ability to handle work pressure and high customer demands and stand for long periods.
Mental ability to memorize all product information and retrieve it to inform the customer.
Ability to deal with various customer personalities.
Ability to understand customers and handle their questions and requests, maintaining composure and controlling emotions.
Physical ability to lift some boxes and items weighing no more than 25 kg.
