Job Title
Field Sales Specialist (Supplier Acquisition Representative)
Job Objective: Attracting and registering suppliers (B2B) on the ********* platform, explaining the platform's services and value to suppliers, and achieving a specific monthly target of active subscriptions.
“ Tasks and Responsibilities • Visiting suppliers and targeted companies in the field within the specified city. • Explaining
and its services (procurement management, financing, subscriptions). • Convincing suppliers to register and subscribe to the platform. • Achieving the required monthly target for the number of subscriptions or their value. • Following up with potential customers and converting them into actual subscribers. • Entering and updating supplier data in the platform system or CRM. • Submitting periodic reports on performance and sales. • Complying with pricing policies and offers approved by management.

✅ Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in field sales or B2B (preferably digital platforms or SaaS). • High communication and persuasion skills. • Ability to work according to a clear monthly target. • Seriousness, discipline, and ability to work in the field. • Previous relationships with suppliers or companies are preferred. • Proficiency in using the phone and digital applications.

  • Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and handling of flowers for client orders

  • Guide customers through all District Checkout tools, including:

    • Cashier Box POS system

    • Self-Checkout Kiosk in the showroom

    • Scan, Pay & Go QR code system inside the chiller room (MishiPay)

  • Support invoicing, inventory tracking, and CRM entries as needed

  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to fulfill daily orders

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workstations

  • Assist in regular social media content creation or on-camera presence if required


Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (required, with full GOSI registration under District Flowers)

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or admin roles (preferred)

  • Passion for flowers, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Willingness to work in cool storage environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic required, English a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of floral types and handling (training will be provided)

  • Comfortable being on camera for content, when needed
