Role Definition
We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage dealers' relationships, market company products and services, and assist in developing dealer sales capability.

What You Will Do

Understand the business model and act within business process guidance.
Assist dealers with the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers.
Present products or services to stakeholders and address their needs.

What You Will Have

Customer focus with knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction.
Industry knowledge relevant to equipment and sales.
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Top Candidates Also Have

Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
Knowledge of Caterpillar products and construction equipment industry.
Experience in Retail development would be an asset.

Additional Information
Must be willing to travel extensively (50%) within ME Region.
