About the Role
Build Event, a Saudi Arabian company specializing in interior fit-out and turnkey project execution, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. The company focuses on creating high-quality commercial spaces, offices, and retail environments. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by securing new business and expanding its market presence.
As a Sales Specialist, you will identify and pursue new opportunities within the construction and fit-out sector. The role involves cultivating client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and supporting Build Event's position in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, project managers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective projects to ensure business growth.
- Conduct client meetings to present Build Event's services and capabilities.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Participate in tendering processes, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and client presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction or fit-out industry.
- A strong existing network of contacts within the consultant, developer, and corporate client landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of successfully winning projects or generating significant leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to comprehend project requirements and interpret technical drawings.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a transferable Iqama.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.

Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary range for this role is SAR 7,000 – 10,000 per month, which includes basic salary, housing, and transportation allowances. The company provides medical insurance and 21 days of annual leave.
