About the Sales Specialist Role

This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on developing and implementing effective sales strategies within the hotel industry. The role involves a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at driving sales performance and market presence. This includes:

  • Studying and monitoring developments within the hotel market.
  • Defining and developing marketing and sales objectives and the methods to achieve them.
  • Estimating expected sales volume to inform strategic planning.
  • Translating overall objectives into actionable sales plans.

Sales Strategy and Implementation

This role involves the strategic development and execution of sales initiatives. Key functions include:

  • Proposing sales policies and ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Developing and evaluating promotional programs to enhance sales outreach.
  • Communicating with clients to understand and address their needs and challenges.

Performance Evaluation and Reporting
