About the Sales Specialist Role
شركة مرابع للاستثمار is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on developing and implementing effective sales strategies within the hotel industry. The role involves a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at driving sales performance and market presence. This includes:
- Studying and monitoring developments within the hotel market.
- Defining and developing marketing and sales objectives and the methods to achieve them.
- Estimating expected sales volume to inform strategic planning.
- Translating overall objectives into actionable sales plans.
Sales Strategy and Implementation
This role involves the strategic development and execution of sales initiatives. Key functions include:
- Proposing sales policies and ensuring their effective implementation.
- Developing and evaluating promotional programs to enhance sales outreach.
- Communicating with clients to understand and address their needs and challenges.
- Monitoring competitors and their sales programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting
A critical aspect of the role is the continuous evaluation of sales performance and the preparation of relevant documentation. This entails:
- Evaluating sales performance against established objectives.
- Proposing corrective plans and procedures to address performance gaps.
- Preparing specialized sales-related documents and reports.
