Sales Specialist

• Showroom Sales & Assistance: Welcome customers, providing tailored product advice for their specific projects.
• Design Integration: Recommend products that align with clients’ aesthetic preferences and space planning.
• Showroom Presentation: Ensure showroom maintains high standards of organization and brand alignment.
• Business Development: Promote our product lines to architects, interior designers, and developers.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed targeted sales goals through effective follow-up.
• Lead & CRM Management: Manage customer interactions and inquiries through our CRM system for precise reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 35 years of sales experience in the interior design or architectural products industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting products to both clients and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

We're now looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and hunt for new business opportunities in the market

• Represent the agency professionally to potential clients

• Present agency services and portfolio effectively to prospects

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

• Use personal and professional contacts to generate leads

• Conduct field visits to pitch services and close deals

• Work closely with the creative team to understand and communicate service value

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities

• Contribute to building long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and client handling (preferably in creative/marketing/branding industries)

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English

• Confidence and drive to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face

• Must have a valid driving license and own transportation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (basic understanding is a plus)

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (office, remote, and field-based)

• Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to clients via in-person meetings, video calls, and events.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in coordination with the technical and finance teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (*, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
