The Business Development Specialist at ConSet works to build and enhance business relationships with clients and companies, exploring new opportunities to expand the client base. This includes providing quotes, closing deals, and ensuring that marketing solutions align with market needs.
Success in this role requires prior experience in marketing agencies and a good understanding of the nature of advertising campaigns and creative services, in addition to strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic relationships with potential clients and build a robust network within the target market.
• Provide professional quotes that reflect the value of the marketing services offered by the company.
• Negotiate with clients until deals are successfully closed.
• Analyze client needs and provide customized marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Understand the company's services in depth (content production, account management, advertising campaigns, visual identity, etc.).
• Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, digital marketing) to ensure projects are executed to high quality and on time.
• Monitor sales performance indicators and provide periodic reports on revenues and results. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma (at least two years) in management
Marketing or advertising.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (writing and conversation).
• High capability in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and modern marketing trends.
• Proficiency in CRM programs and market analysis tools (such as HubSpot

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
