We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Specialist to enhance our customer service and achieve sales objectives within our Riyadh store. As part of a prestigious luxury brand, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assess customer needs and offer assistance regarding product features.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with established clients and develop new clientele.
  • Support merchandising and display maintenance as required.
  • Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Stay updated on all promotions and advertisements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury.
  • Excellent grooming and communication skills.
  • A passion for fashion and luxury retail.
  • Strong time management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
