Join our Dynamic Retail Team at NICE ONE!
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson for our retail team in Riyadh. This role is essential for driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Meet individual and store sales targets by driving conversion and maximizing sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective selling.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support merchandising standards by organizing displays and maintaining the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities and report discrepancies.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support promotions and events.
• Adhere to company policies and health & safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
