We are looking for a sales specialist with extensive experience in selling Point of Sale (POS) solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and increasing our market share. You must possess excellent consultative selling skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Role Summary We are looking for professional sales executives with strong knowledge in selling Point of Sale systems and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and increasing our market share. You must possess excellent consultative selling skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Key Responsibilities Identifying potential customers and prospecting. - Identifying target customers in retail, hospitality, and related sectors and strategically researching them. - Conducting outbound calls, emails, and networking activities to build new relationships and generate qualified leads. Consultative selling and needs analysis. - Conducting in-depth conversations with potential clients to understand pain points and operational issues and identify key requirements. - Clarifying how our solutions address these challenges by presenting clear value propositions that differentiate us from competitors. Interactive demonstrations and practical explanations. - Delivering engaging virtual and on-site presentations that showcase system capabilities, ROI, and improved operational efficiency. - Customizing presentations to align with the workflow and business goals of each potential client. Sales pipeline management and negotiation. - Managing opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing. - Applying effective negotiation skills, handling objections, and crafting agreements that achieve win-win outcomes. - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to forecast and track key metrics and report on sales activity. Collaboration and customer success. - Working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high post-sale satisfaction. - Representing the voice of the customer and conveying important feedback to internal teams to improve the product or develop new features. Market understanding and thought leadership. - Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our systems to provide a professional image to customers. - Representing the company at events, conferences, and professional meetings to promote the brand and generate leads. Qualifications and Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in selling point of sale solutions. - Practical experience dealing with point of sale systems (POS). - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in English; any additional language is considered an advantage. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems (CRM). Preferred Attributes - Established network in the retail or food and beverage sector. - Experience in a fast-growing corporate environment or startup. - Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and digital transformation trends in the retail and hospitality sectors.

  • Provide weekly sales reports and insights on market demand and competitor offerings.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in training, education, or services sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and daily outreach activities.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo, and proficiency in Excel.
