Your Qualifications:
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and have experience in sales, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector.
  • You provide customers with an ideal shopping experience by understanding their needs and offering appropriate advice.
  • You have the ability to handle multiple customers at the same time without difficulty.
  • You possess a team spirit and radiate positive and motivating energy to others.
  • You have strong communication skills, and you excel in the German language, while proficiency in English is preferred.

Your Role in the Team:
  • Active interaction with customers with a warm welcome and friendly smile to create a comfortable shopping environment.
  • Conducting persuasive sales conversations to introduce customers to products and increase sales ratios.
  • Ensuring products are displayed attractively according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Accurately and efficiently managing payment and accounting processes.
  • Participating in inventory processes and supporting the overall organization of the store and stock.
