Business Development Specialist - B2B Sales

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Specialist specialized in B2B sales with experience and skill in building business relationships, responsible for expanding the company's client base and attracting new contracts with residential complexes, hospitals, sports clubs, and other major commercial entities.
Main Tasks:
- Identifying and targeting new sales opportunities.
- Holding meetings and conducting professional presentations to showcase the company's services.
- Negotiating and finalizing deals and contracts with new clients.
- Managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance repeat selling opportunities.
- Collaborating with the technical and logistics team to ensure services are delivered with high quality and efficiency.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience dealing with residential complexes or hospitals or sports clubs is an additional advantage.
- High ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
