Responsibilities:
  • Leading and directing the sales team to achieve the specified sales goals.
  • Supervising sales operations and negotiating with clients and developers.
  • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the department manager.
  • Analyzing the real estate market and discovering new growth opportunities.
  • Training and qualifying sales team members and motivating them to improve performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance reports.
