Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Supervisor, you will be instrumental in achieving the Company’s growth objectives by optimizing the sales and distribution of the entire Almarai product range in your designated area. You will adhere strictly to the company's policies and procedures and maintain the highest sales ethics standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance sales and distribution processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Report on sales performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Foster teamwork and discipline within the sales team

Requirements:
- College diploma or undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a van sales environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficient in reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and punctuality
- Team player with a disciplined approach to work

    • Monitor adherence to return policies, damaged goods handling, and expiry controls.
    • Ensure proper usage of handheld selling systems (HHT) and train the team on system updates.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
    • Identify performance issues and define corrective action plans.
    • Present KPIs and operational updates to management.
    • Report competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in van sales or FMCG sales; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and route-to-market systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Valid driver’s license suitable for van operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle market challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using handheld sales systems (HHT), Excel, and KPI reporting.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience managing RTM sales teams.
