Join Our Team as an Area Sales Supervisor!
Are you a results-oriented leader looking to make an impact in the retail sector? Nice One is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate sales activities across our assigned areas. In this role, you will supervise store teams, drive revenue, and ensure the consistent execution of company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support store managers and supervisors; coach and develop teams to reach sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement area sales plans and local merchandising strategies to enhance customer traffic and satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs related to sales and store performance, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess customer experience, visual merchandising, and stock compliance.
  • Support inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
  • Drive recruitment and training initiatives for store leadership, aiding in scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, health, safety regulations, and loss prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with regional management and marketing to execute campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance store performance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in supervisory or field sales roles.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and enhancing performance across multiple locations.
  • Experience with inventory control and financial oversight at the store level.
  • Legal authorization to work in the designated country and willingness to travel.
