Join our team as a Secretary at شركة نخبة دعم البناء المحدودة! As an essential member of our office in Riyadh, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our administrative processes and supporting operational efficiency.

Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Weekly Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Location: Al Olaya, Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing appointments and meetings while managing the agenda.
  • Preparing and following up on official correspondence and letters.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents.
  • Coordinating between departments and monitoring daily administrative tasks.
  • Supporting management in office and organizational tasks.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi National
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in secretarial or administrative roles
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency: Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skills: High organizational and communication skills.
